With the kitchen finishing right before Christmas it’s been so crazy busy around here but I’m so excited to get this post out to you all! I can’t tell you how much we LOVE our new space! I truly believe the kitchen is the heart of the home and we are so excited to have this remodel finished so we can all gather around our island again and make so many new memories. I know I’m so behind getting the details out to you all but I’ve listed everything out for you below – some things could be linked (at the very bottom of the post) while others would be better ordered through your contractor or designer.
We started out with a pretty strict budget and all things considered we did a great job sticking to it – even though it meant changing the cabinets AND countertops multiple times during the design process… lol! I was super nervous picking everything out but I absolutely love how it all came tougher. A few of my favorite details are the one touch faucet, the double silverware drawer, the lazy Susan in the lower corner cabinet, the double slide out trash and recycle bin, and of course these unbelievably gorgeous new appliances!
I’ve had a lot of people reach out in regards to the appliances so I wanted to go on record here and let you know how much we all LOVE them! Not only are they super sleek but the functionality of each piece is outstanding. They are all super user friendly which I love. The refrigerator dispenses hot AND cold water (Wow!) and counts your fluid ounces as you fill up your cup – which I never thought anything about before but now I really love knowing exactly how much water I’m getting! The microwave has a convection setting and uses steam when you reheat leftover food (and I swear it tastes better!). And of course the stove, it’s a beauty, right?! I am over the moon having six gas burners and the option to remove the center two and replace it with a griddle pan (sold separately). I also love how the racks slide with ease inside of the oven – I know it’s a minor detail but I don’t think I’ve ever not had to yank on those things to get them out lol!
I could really go on and on about how happy we are with the finished product here but you get the gist 🙂
I’m leaving all info below and let me know if there are any other questions that were left unanswered. I also added a few before pics, I love a good transformation and this one is amazing!
Thank you all so much for all of your help and support along the way! As always, you guys are the best!

*We did not stain the floors, they were done before we bought the house and I can’t seem to find any info on the stain color used… If I find it I’ll make sure to update!
Now for the before!
When we bought this house four years ago we knew we wanted to update the kitchen. The rest of the home had already gotten a little bit of a facelift but there were some details left undone so we saved and planned for this space and wanted to brighten it up, as you can see! It’s still crazy to look back at these photos and see what a major difference there is. Every one of you who told us the process would be worth it – you were spot on 🙂
Thank you for post. But I still can’t find where you purchased the double silverware drawer organizer from? Love your blog and insta page.
What paint color are your cabinets? Love it and doing something similar in my kitchen! Cabinet color is so hard to choose. Was your cabinet paint Sherman Williams ?
What about the hood? Was that from the cabinet company?
Looks absolutely beautiful Amanda!! I love it 🙂
What a beautiful kitchen!!! Those appliances are gorgeous and I love all the attention to detail. Just stunning!
It looks gorgeous! We are currently renovating our kitchen and we ordered all the same appliances! I love the white stove! So pretty!! I hope my kitchen is half as lovely as yours!
The color and the designs are making it a perfect match. The flooring neutral colors making it more compatible with the kitchens layout color.
Great Post! Thank you for providing some great information and ideas to your readers. Please keep sharing.
