Fall Outerwear with A&F

 

Ooooh Fall, you are my fave!

One good thing about Sophie’s short summer is that here in Indiana students get a week long fall break – and it just so happens to be my favorite season!  This year we decided to check off a bucket list trip to Wyoming so I am shopping early for all the cool weather pieces.  Jackets and sweaters are at the top of my list!

My first stop was Abercrombie’s New Arrivals, because they never disappoint!  Every year I search high and low for the perfect transitional outerwear and this midweight navy jacket is exactly what I was looking for.  It’s warm but not too heavy, since the temps aren’t freezing yet but layers will be key!  I love the cinched waist and the deep pockets.  I also love that it’s wind and water resistant since we will most likely be hiking at some point and you just never know what weather conditions you will face.  It also has a double layer at the wrists – you know what I’m talking about?!  That fitted inner layer and then the outer layer that goes over it (and this one is adjustable)!  It’s the little details on a jacket like this that make the biggest difference.  Since my jackets and coats are always my most popular items amongst my followers I wanted to give you all a heads up on my faves 🙂

And not to be overlooked are this adorable lightweight sweater and the most amazing fitting denim!  These two items are a must and perfect for fall.  This sweater can be worn off the shoulder or not and runs true to size (I’m wearing my usual XS) and you know my love for A&F jeans runs deeep!  These too run true to size (wearing a 24) and have just the right amount of distressing.
